How to Access a Letter of Good Standing (LOGS)

A Letter of Good Standing (LOGS) is an official document that verifies a licensee's compliance with ABoR's rules and bylaws. This letter is often required when applying for secondary membership with another association. To access your ABoR LOGS follow the directions outlined below.

The LOGS typically includes the following information:

  • Your name and M1 number
  • Proof of current dues payment
  • Your state license information and sponsoring firm
  • Confirmation of compliance with NAR's mandatory requirements
  • - Any record of disciplinary actions or unpaid fines, if applicable

 

❶ Log In to the Member Portal

Go to unlockmls.com, find Log In at the top right of the screen, and click Susbcriber Portal.

 

❷ Select "View More"

Under Resources and Services, click the green View More button.

 

❸ Click "Letter of Good Standing"

This option will appear on the right side of the screen.

 

❹ Download the Letter of Good Standing

The Letter of Good Standing will be opened as a PDF in a separate tab. Download the file for your records. This can be sent to other Boards and Associations as proof of membership.
