Brokers can assign delegations to trusted team members through the ABoR Subscriber Portal to help manage office responsibilities. There are two types of delegations available:

1. Broker Delegation: This type allows the delegate to act on the broker’s behalf for membership-related tasks. These tasks include updating office information, managing team structure, and handling billing.
2. MLS Delegation: This grants the delegate broker-level access within the MLS only, enabling them to perform broker actions related to listings and data, without access to membership or brokerage management.

SubscriberPortal."❶ The broker of record will go to unlockmls.com and click Log In Subscriber Portal. 
 

Roster."❷ On the left, push Brokerage Roster.

❸ Find the agent to provide Broker Delegation and click the three dots by their name.

❹ Click Manage Delegation or MLS Access.

Manage Delegation - Grants the delegate the ability to act as a broker of the office in membership capacities. This includes making changes to team, office, or brokerage information, such as editing contact information, modifying brokerage structure, handling billing, and other related actions.

MLS Access - Expands MLS access for the delegate, allowing them to act as a broker within the MLS only. This does not permit changes to the brokerage itself but is meant for conducting broker actions within the MLS.

❺ Choose “Manage Delegation” to grant broker-level access in the Subscriber Portal. There will be four options to choose from. Select one, then click Save.

❻ Choose the Delegation Needed

None - This option is typically selected when downgrading someone's access. It remains in this status unless manually changed or triggered.

Office Delegation – Grants the ability to make updates for the specific office or branch they belong to, but not for the entire brokerage.

Broker Delegation – Grants the ability to make updates for all branch offices within the brokerage.

Group Delegation – Group- Grants broker-level functions for all branches within the firm.

❼ Click on MLS Access

❽ Select the MLS Access needed, then click Save.

Standard - This option provides the subscriber with the access defined in their subscription.

Office - This option provides broker-level functions for an individual branch office. The agent will not be able to access other branch offices within the firm.

Group - This option provides broker-level functions for all branches within the firm.
