If starting or taking over a brokerage, you must submit a Designated REALTOR® (DR) Transfer Application through your ABoR Subscriber Portal. This application is only available to individuals with active broker's licenses.
Please note: A processing fee of $330.46 applies to this application.
Tip: Ensure your TREC license reflects your new role before applying to avoid delays.
❶ Log in to the Subscriber Portal
Go to unlockmls.com, find Log In at the top right of the screen, and click Subscriber Portal.
❷ Select "View More"
Under Resources and Services, click the green View More button.
❸ Click "DR Transfer"
This option will appear on the right side of the screen.
❹ Acknowledge the Subscription Transfer
Check the box to the left and select Next.
❺ Click "Validate License"
After the license is validated select Next.

❼ Find the Office
Type the name of the office and click Search Offices to find an office record from another board/association. You must already be listed as the DR for that office. Select Next to continue.

Select the first option and click Next.

❾ Enter new Office Information
Enter the office info in fields marked with an asterisk and click Next.
❿ Select Office IDX Settings
You can select to have your office's active listings appear on other brokers' websites and their active listings appear on your office website or opt out of this.
Select Next to continue.
⓫ Acknowledge the MLS Agreement
Check the box to agree to the terms and select Next.
⓬ Authorization for payment
Sign electronically, select the payment method for the office transfer, and click Next.
⓭ Complete Payment
Acknowledge the Payment Terms and enter billing information. Select Pay $330.46 to process the DR Transfer.
Your account will be upgraded to Broker-level and your office will be created within 1 hour.
