You can update your contact details directly through the ABoR Subscriber Portal to keep your information current. There are two types of contact information you can manage:
- ABoR Contact Info: This is used for communications from ABoR.
- MLS/Client-Facing Contact Info: This information appears on listings and is used for communication with clients and other agents.
Both types of information can be quickly updated in your profile settings to ensure you are always reachable and accurately represented.
Tip: Regularly review your contact information to ensure it is current across all platforms.
❶ Log in to the Subscriber Portal
Go to unlockmls.com, find Log In at the top right of the screen, and click Subscriber Portal.
❷ Click "My ABoR"
This will be found in the menu on the left. The menu may need to be expanded by clicking the triple-bar symbol ≡.
❸ Select "Profile"
This is under My ABoR in the menu on the left.
❹ Click "Edit Profile"
This is a small green button.
❺ Update information
Update the information here and click Save Changes.
This will update the agent's contact for communications coming from ABoR to the Member.
❻ Click “Subscriptions”
This is found on the left. The menu may need to be expanded by clicking the triple-bar symbol ≡.
❼On the "Austin MLS" box, click "Details"
This will be at the bottom right of the screen.
❽ Select the pencil symbol to the right
Update the information here and click Save Changes.
This will update the agent's contact information for the MLS, listings, and client communications via emails sent from the MLS.
❾ Update information
Update the information here and click Save Changes.
This will update your contact information for the MLS, listings, and client communications via emails sent from the MLS.
❿ Complete
The contact updates will load across our system in a few minutes.
