You can easily import or export your contacts from either Matrix or Omni, and the process is identical in both systems. This feature allows you to back up your contact list, transfer clients between platforms, or quickly and efficiently import new leads.

Tip: Before importing, ensure your file is correctly formatted (usually as a .CSV) to prevent any upload errors.

❶ Export Contacts

❷ Click (Contacts)

❸ Click here to Select All or individually select the Contacts to be included

❹ Click (Actions)

❺ Click (Export)

❻ Import Contacts

❼ Click (Global)

❽ Click (Contacts)

❾ Click (Import)

❿ Click (Here) to choose file

⓫ Once File is selected click (Here)

⓬ Complete
