Whether using the Classic or New Dashboard, the My Information section is your primary resource for managing MLS settings. Here, you can update your email signature, CMA preferences, client portal settings, and more in one convenient location.
Tip: Review your settings regularly to ensure that your contact information and branding remain accurate across all MLS tools.
❶ Hover over (My Matrix)
❷ Click (Settings)
❸ Click (My Information)
❹ Default (Information)
Here is were you can review the default contact information for the MLS user. To update contact information in the MLS you will need to update in the Member Portal
❺ Click (Header & Footer)
Select the Header and Footer tab to update settings on the Header and Footer of items like Flyers, printed sheets, etc.
❻ Click (CMA Cover Sheet)
This is where you can update the CMA cover sheet settings like agent CMA photo, agent info on page, etc.
❼ Click (Email Signature)
This is where you can update Email Signature settings for emails sent through the MLS.
❽ Click (Agent Webpage)
Here is where you can build a Unlock MLS Agent webpage to showcase their listings, a map search, etc.
❾ Click (Portal Profile)
This is where you can update the settings for the Client Portal like adding a banner, Portal Photo, etc.
