In the Classic Dashboard of Unlock MLS, you can create or edit Hot Sheets to monitor specific market activities, such as new listings, price changes, or status updates. You can manage up to 10 custom Hot Sheets and reset them to the default settings whenever necessary.

Tip: Utilize Hot Sheets to stay updated on activity in your target area or to track trends across various property types.

❶ In the Hot Sheets widget

❷ Click (Customize)

Answers

Reset defaults, go to step 3. 

Customize current, Hot Sheet go to step 4.

Add New Hot Sheet, go to step 8.

Reset criteria for one sheet:

❹ Click (your desired sheet)

❺ Click (Edit Criteria)

❻ Edit to your desired criteria

❼ Click (Save)

❽ Click (Add)

❾ Click (property type) and name the sheet

❿ Click (Save)

⓬ Enter desired criteria

⓭ Click (Save)

⓮ Click (Done)
