If you no longer need access to lease listings in Unlock MLS, you can cancel your Lease Management System (LMS) subscription through the ABoR Subscriber Portal.

Please keep in mind the following:

• Only the Broker or Designated REALTOR® (DR) can deactivate the LMS at the office level.
• Once the LMS is removed at the office level, agents will no longer be able to subscribe to or access lease listing tools.
• There are no prorated refunds for canceling the LMS.

Tip: Be sure to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

❶ Log in to the Subscriber Portal

Go to unlockmls.com, find Log In at the top right of the screen, and click Subscriber Portal.

❷ Click “Subscriptions”

This option will appear on the left side of the screen. If the menu does not appear, click the three horizontal lines to expand it.

❸Click “Details”

Select this on the subscription that is being altered.

❹ Click “Change Subscription”

This option will be at the bottom right of the screen.

❺Select the “Product Type”

When changing a subscription, you will only see one option appear for MLS subscriptions. 

The available subscription types are Realtor MLS or Realtor MLS + LMS.

❻ Click “REALTOR® MLS”

This will set your subscription to change at the start of the next billing cycle. When you renew your MLS in March or September, you will not be charged for the LMS for the next cycle.
