To access and create lease listings in Unlock MLS, you must add the optional Lease Management System (LMS) subscription to your MLS account.
Before an agent can subscribe, the Broker or Designated REALTOR® (DR) for the office must first enable LMS access. Once this is set up, agents can add the LMS subscription through their ABoR Subscriber Portal.
Fee: $42.64 every 6 months (non-prorated)
Tip: Confirm with your broker that LMS is active at your office before subscribing.
❶ Log in to the Subscriber Portal
Go to unlockmls.com, find Log In at the top right of the screen, and click Subscriber Portal.
❷ Click "Subscriptions"
This option will appear on the left side of the screen. If the menu does not appear, click the three horizontal lines to expand it.
❸ Click "Details"
Select this on the subscription that is being altered.
❹ Click "Change subscription"
This option will be at the bottom right of the screen.
❺ Select the "Product Type"
When changing a subscription, you will only see one option appear for MLS subscriptions.
The available subscription types are Realtor MLS or Realtor MLS + LMS.
❻ Click "Apply change"
This option will appear at the bottom of the screen.
❼ Select a Payment Method
The accepted forms of payment are a debit/credit card or a Telecheck (electronic check).
❽ Click "Continue"
This option will appear at the bottom of the screen.
❾ Billing information
Enter the billing information and push Continue at the bottom of the page.
❿ Authorization and Agreement for Payment
The box to acknowledge the Payment Terms must be checked, then click Make Payment to process the subscription change.
This will typically be completed within 10-60 minutes.
