You can manage your billing through the ABoR and Unlock MLS Subscriber Portal, which includes: viewing current invoices, accessing payment history, and making secure payments.
❶ Log into the Subscriber Portal
Go to unlockmls.com, find Log In at the top right of the screen, and click Subscriber Portal.
❷ Click "Billing"
This will be found in the menu on the left. The menu may need to be expanded by clicking the hamburger menu ≡ (triple bar symbol).
❸ Select "My Invoices"
This will show any active invoices for the account that require payment. You will be able to view a summary of the invoice, and then pay with a credit/debit card or an electronic check.
❹ Payment Required or Not
Answers
If there is an active invoice here that requires payment, proceed to Step 5.
If there is no active invoice here that requires payment, proceed to step 11.
❺ Click "Pay"
This option will appear on the right of the line item.
❻ Choose payment method
You can make payments with a credit/debit card or an electronic check.
❼ Review charge Summary
Ensure your charges look correct. The optional contributions at the bottom of the summary can be removed by clicking the orange check boxes. Click Continue to proceed.
❽ Billing Information
If using a new card, you will be prompted to enter the billing information.
Click Continue to proceed.
❾ Acknowledge the Payment Terms
Click the box to acknowledge and accept the Payment Terms. This must be accepted to continue with payment.
❿ Make payment
Select Continue to process the payment.
You can view a copy of the invoice in My Payments.
⓫ View previous payments
In the menu on the left, select My Payments under the Billing tab.
If you click the symbol on the right of the line item, you will open a PDF with the full invoice details.
⓬ Payment Settings
This is found under the Billing tab in the menu.
Credit/debit cards can be saved in your account for quicker payments and will appear in this list. You can also update or delete any saved cards for your account from this section of your Member Portal at any time.
