If you need to request a major correction to a listing in Unlock MLS, please follow the specific documentation requirements and timeframes outlined below.
Expired Listing Reactivation
To reactivate an expired listing, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Written Request to: support@unlockmls.com
- Deadline: Within seven (7) calendar days of expiration.
- Required Information:
- MLS number and property address
- New expiration date
- Listing agreement amendment/extension, if available
- If no documentation is available, a written confirmation from the broker is required.
- If an assistant is submitting the request on behalf of the listing agent, both the agent and the broker must be included in the request email.
Withdrawn Listing Reactivation
To reactivate a listing that was previously placed in Withdrawn status, please:
Submit a Written Request to: support@unlockmls.com
- Deadline: Within seven (7) calendar days of expiration.
- Required Information:
- MLS number and property address
- A short description of the request
- If an assistant is submitting on behalf of the listing agent, both the agent and broker must be included, with confirmation from the broker.
Request to Update Withdrawn Date
Unlock MLS automatically sets the Withdrawn Date to the current date when a listing is updated to that status. If you need to adjust the Withdrawn Date, please follow these guidelines:

Requirements by Role:
- Broker/Office Manager:
Send the request and attach the signed and dated Termination Notice. - Listing Agent or Non-Licensed Assistant (MLS Subscriber):
You may send the request, but must include the broker or office manager and the signed Termination Notice. - Non-Subscriber:
Must include the broker or office manager, the Termination Notice, and written confirmation from the broker/office manager.
New Construction – ADOM Reset Request
Unlock MLS allows listings with a Year Built up to 5 years in the future to be entered. To request an ADOM (Agent Days on Market) reset for a New Construction or To Be Built listing, please follow these guidelines:
Submit a Written Request to: support@unlockmls.com
Required Documentation:
- Certificate of Occupancy (or local equivalent, such as a county inspection excerpt)
- The Year Built field was updated to match the documentation
- Property Condition set to New Construction
- Updated photos that reflect the current finished state of the property
- The listing must not be in Contract status.
