In Unlock MLS, you can now use AI to quickly generate a CMA from a search.
❶ Log in to the MLS to start the CMA
To start a CMA with AI, you will need to locate the Subject Property for the CMA first.
You can use My Listings, Search, or type the address/Unlock MLS Listing ID in the Speedbar at the top.
❷ Select "CMA" on subject property
When you are satisfied with your property selection, click the CMA button.
❸ Select comps and create CMA
Choose the number of comps (comparable properties) to include from the drop-down menu.
Click Create CMA to continue.
❹ Click "Comparison"
The CMA will be generated with AI. Now you can click Comparison to start making Adjustments.
❺ Make Adjustments
Click the Make Adjustments button at the top right to change the display.
You can now add the dollar amounts for Adjustments ot each property.
❻ Save your CMA
When you are satisfied with the CMA, or to save your progress and continue later, click the Save CMA button at the top right.
