If you need to place a property in Active Under Contract (AU) Status, follow the steps outline below.
Please note the following:
- The “Active Under Contract (AU)” status indicates an offer has been accepted on the property, but it is still available for showings and offers.
- For Lease Listings: An application has been accepted, but other applications will be accepted until the lease has been signed.
- Listings in Active Under Contract (AU) status will freeze their DOM (Days on Market). This means the count of days on the market will not change until the listing is either activated or removed. Further, Active Under Contract (AU) listings are not eligible for DOM resets. The days accumulated prior to the status update will remain on record.
