When entering a listing in Listing Manager, the agent must verify the property's location on the map. This step automatically includes the Latitude and Longitude fields, ensuring that the map location is accurate before the listing is submitted for Active status.
To correct a map location on an existing listing, start at Step 7 in the listing workflow and click "Reset Pin." A new blue pin will appear, allowing you to select the correct location on the map.
❶ Open Matrix Listing Manager

❷ Click (Add)
❸ Click (Property Type Input Form)
❹ Search for Property Address, Listing ID, or Parcel ID (APN)
❺ Select the Location Address from Drop-Down
❻ Select Fill From Tax or Fill From Existing Listing - Click Continue
❼ Scroll to Map Location field (Bottom of Listing tab)
❽ Click "Ok" on Green Box on Map field
❾ Blue Circle will Appear - Middle of circle is location
❿ Zoom In to View Specific Address #s and Parcels
⓫ Click Correct Parcel to Place Pin
⓬ Latitude & Longitude Fields are Completed
