Are you looking to simplify the process for agents to schedule showings for your listing? As a subscriber of Unlock MLS, you can choose to include your listings in ShowingTime. This will activate the “Schedule a Showing” link and the ShowingTime icon directly on your listing. It’s an effective way to enhance visibility and streamline the scheduling process.

❶ Start on unlockmls.com

Go to unlockmls.com, hover over Log In and click Access Unlock MLS.

❷ Select MatrixMLS

❸Hover over Add/Edit and click Listing Manager

❹ Click Edit

❺ Select the “Showing” tab on the left

❻ Click the “Showing Requirements” field

❼ Enable “Showing Service”

❽ Save the changes

At the top right, you can choose to Save as Incomplete or Publish Listing. If the listing is already Active, you will not be able to Save as Incomplete.
